Sept 2023 US Progressed Moon to Pluto

You’ll note the YOD pattern (crisis-opportunity-turning-point-special-task) with the current Neptune-Pluto sextile at its base, the planetary pair of Underworld criminal elements, fantasy, and/or the supernatural. Neptune-Pluto points toward fighting planet of aggression, Mars @27Leo, in process of a perpetrating a Mars Return to the natal chart and rising Mars of one Donald J. Trump.
This suggests that the person at the apex of the YOD must act within an acute crisis situation which will lead to a new beginning for him, and he will be forced to respond. Anyone keeping up with Trump’s ongoing legal cases and depositions can see that these energies and conditions have already begun for him – and Mars Return charts last for approximately two years, the duration of a Mars orbit. The fact that the YOD-with-his-natal-Mars turns up in America’s Solar Return for 2023 (operative until July 2024) indicates what I’ve always had to reluctantly admit in my SO’W posts: that where Trump goes, so goes America – because for four years, the fellow played the role of POTUS on TV.
FBI to Mar-a-Lago: a Venus-Pluto Link
Since yesterday’s FBI search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida, some posts have been published on my Political Astrology site Stars Over Washington. Today I want to add a curious horoscope here, a bi-wheel of two horoscopes, actually. Now some folks may take exception to the combination shown, below, but regular readers of SO’W may not mind at all, particularly if they’ve read my many warnings via the Solar Eclipses in October 2022 (6 South) and April 2023 (7 North). Because history rhymes, as you know.
And so details concerning the planetary duo of Venus-Pluto are penned on the image along with a few other notes, the point being a cosmic time link between the two planets stretching from August 8, 2022, when the FBI entered and searched Mar-a-Lago, and the historical horoscope of the Third Reich. Anyone paying attention to US politics in the last few years should know that cult leader Trump has connections with Adolf’s Nazis, his unattainable “Aryan nation,” and his despotic desire for total control.
So here is the bi-wheel showing reciprocal links between Venus and Pluto, both planets associated with wealth and valuable possessions, and, when in league with one another, a formidable and intense combination of jealousy, envy, revenge, greed, and malevolent criminality:

A Predictive New Moon of Nov 2024

For the curious, below you see a quick posting of a dual image of DC Horoscopes. Upper right is the DC Horoscope of the Predictive New Moon (prior to Election 2024) @9Sco35 with a few of my study notes penned on. Lower left is the subsequent Full Moon of November 15th @24Taurus which happens to conjunct and will perhaps reveal information concerning the natal position of Donald Tr*mp’s Midheaven (‘MC’- the Goal Point in any horoscope, and it involves the native’s Public Status or Standing). You’ll remember that enraged Algol twinkles malevolently upon his MC with the star’s ‘piled up corpses’ implication found in Chinese Astrology.
What secrets or inconvenient facts via the Full Moon affecting the ex-president’s ‘career’ and/or domestic scene may be leaked or uncovered by the November 2024 Full Moon remains to be seen although this lunation on a chart Angle of a man who now purports that he’s a presidential candidate in 2024 may also symbolize a fulfillment or culmination of some kind – not comforting for a majority of Americans, I know, but there it is. Note that there are hints of health issues in the charts for those who wish to find them (see ‘Sun-Moon’, for one). Additionally, you see in both charts that karmic Pluto @29Capricorn conjuncts America’s Progressed position of Pluto (chart not shown) which stretches out in time the US Pluto Return/s (3x) all through 2022.
Then we should also note that the November 1st New Moon’s Mercury (planet of voters, ballots, elections, young people) @28Sco13 rising in 1st house conjoins the natal Sun and Venus of President Biden. Predictively, this may add support to the idea of a Biden (or Democratic) victory in 2024 but is certainly not conclusive, especially since major GOP election and voting schemes are disruptive (Uranus opposes Mercury!) tactics within the 2024 Election picture. And naturally, the ruthless Mars-Pluto duo approves of the ‘win at any cost’ and ‘might makes right’ political manipulations.
Another inconclusive chart factor is the sign of Venus (Sagittarius) which on Election Day 2024 suggests that the presidential victor will be “an outsider,” “a rival,” or “the stranger” – all indications of Sagittarius.
And yet Republicans in office haven’t represented a majority of US voters since 1996 which forces upon the American people the tyranny of minority rule. So you’ll notice the forceful, ruthless, ambitious Mars-Pluto opposition which is Angular (active) on November 1st with both planets at critical 29 degrees. (The Sabian Symbols for ’30 Cancer’ and ’30 Capricorn’ are listed on the November 1st chart with revolutionary flavors and secret control from who-knows-where-and-who.) Meanwhile, Mars-Pluto contacts tend to be karmic or fated as can planets at impulsive 29 degrees and their problematic opposition of force identifies the 2024 Election as a titanic struggle for power and control. Not that we need Astrology to tell us this.

9/11/01 and 9/11’s Solar Return 2021
September 7, 2021: Today on Stars Over Washington I published a bi-wheel of the September 11, 2001 WTC Attacks with the 9/11 Solar Return chart 2021 around the outside to serve as a transit chart. Follow the link, below, and you’ll see that transit Jupiter Rx has been conjoining the 9/11 position of shocking Uranus, and the ‘grim face of reality’ transit is in force via transit Saturn Rx conjunct 9/11 Neptune Rx (4th house):

Now let’s add here the cosmic flavors of each day for the sake of comparison:
September 11, 2001 = Sun Virgo-Moon Gemini (Airy double Mercury vibes, plus, planet Mercury in Libra rises and conjuncts US natal Saturn: restriction of info, seeking advice, and/or Mercurial air planes hit hard Saturnian surfaces); this a sociable, hospitable blend of conscious (Sun) and unconscious (Moon) energies which relates to observance (of the act) and the collection of information or intel (which was lacking or ignored on, and previous to, that day). However, this blend can result in getting side-tracked by too many details and may tend to judge others.
Its ‘Image for Integration’: “A precision engineer develops new methods of communication.”
(Note: As you may remember pre-9/11, the FBI and CIA didn’t share intel between agencies and as far as I know, perhaps they still don’t.)
September 11, 2021 = Sun Virgo-Moon Scorpio (an Earth-Water blend with intense Mercury-Mars-Pluto vibes; ASC 28Leo00 so Sun is chart-ruler and leads a Locomotive shape of planets denoting a highly placed executive with a ruthless determination toward success). This is the “loyal servant vs power-lusting tycoon” combination which can be vindictive when cornered yet is shrewd, rational, hardworking, and focused on duty. However, prejudices, probably long-held, are this blend’s Achilles heel.
There are two interesting ‘Images for Integration’ for Sun Virgo-Moon Scorpio which of course may apply to current situations, conditions, and/or issues other than the 20th anniversary of 9/11/01:
“A zealous insect lover stands quietly in the bushes observing the mating habits of the praying mantis…An impassioned doctor contributes statistics and personal views at a forum for discussing anti-abortion laws.”

Finally, you’ll note that at 8:46 am EDT on 9/11/01, Sun-MC midpoint (The Goal) = Venus: ‘molding or shaping global politics’ (M. Munkasey), and the Sun’s rounded up Sabian Symbol (19Virgo) = “A Swimming Race” with Keyword: “ELIMINATION.” Now in light of Venus and her ‘Swimming Race’, I’ll add my personal opinion that the “elimination” involved a variety of things such as people’s lives, plus, wealth, income, and freedom. But one potential that stands out to me – and one which is part of an ongoing process made crystal clear in recent years as democracy is under serious attack across the globe – is the elimination of the US from her global leadership role.
Disagree all you like, dear reader, but there it is.
SOTU 2014: the American Dream rising
On Tuesday January 28, 2014, President Obama will deliver his State of the Union Address to Congress and the American people with US natal Neptune rising (9:00 pm est.)
Yesterday, as I have done for several years, I published a few astro-notes concerning the horoscope set for the date, hour, and place of SOTU 2014 if you’re curious.
What I neglected to write about in the post is that Neptune, the dream, in Virgo, sign of Work, Health, and Service, denotes our much-touted ‘American Dream’–of working toward a better life for one’s kith’n’ kin. You know the propaganda we’ve been sold–if you work hard, you can better yourself in America, the ‘Land of Opportunity’.
Well, on one level, Virgo is the dedicated worker and I assert that our nation remains full of such in spite of those who make us out to be slackers, takers, or ‘welfare queens’ (that would be Reagan’s famous critique.) Such critics entertain a mentality of the ‘survival of the fittest’ which intends that what they call “useless eaters” be left by the wayside to fend for themselves, if they can.
Of course you recognize Ayn Rand philosophy within such a mentality and you’ll note that, as in Atlas Shrugged, wealthy corporatists are snatching all the money and deserting America–or at least, they’ve deserted our former and glorious “American Dream.”
So! SOTU 2014 is scheduled for 9:00 pm est tomorrow night though naturally the president will begin his address a few minutes after the hour. Yet symbolically, US natal Neptune in Virgo–which brings along Barack Obama’s natal Mars conjunct our planet of dreams and visions–will rise and lead the way as he lays out his wish list for 2014, what he has termed must be a “year of action.”
Interesting since the planet of action, US natal Mars in Gemini, is at the top of the chart in The Goal and Aspirations position (MC) but for more SOTU details as seen through this astrologer’s common-good lens, I’ll let you click above if and as you wish!

Where Are Five Republicans When You Need Them?

Since the US Senate is scheduled to vote at 5:30 pm ET today on a 3-month extension of unemployment benefits, I had to snag a peek at certain astrological portents for that hour and found that with the Sun (leadership) in governing Capricorn, the Pisces Moon (We the People) moves into Mars-ruled Aries prior to the vote.
So what does Maximilien Robespierre of Reign of Terror fame have to do with the US Senate or with today’s vote? Has this reluctant astrologer finally gone round the bend? I’ll have to get back to you on that one yet the question may be answered by visiting my Political Astrology site, Stars Over Washington, and spending a few minutes of your time!
After all, some say we’re living amidst our own reign of terror–ever since the attacks of 9/11/01. Wouldn’t you?
Dec 17, 2013 Full Moon in Gemini and Uranus in Aries turns Direct
December 17, 2013: Tracking the Moon and Uranus
A Full Moon @25Gem36 perfects on December 17, 2013 at 4:28 am est, then immediately becomes void-of-course (VOC) making no other major aspects to planets until after floating into creative, intuitive Cancer (at 1:17 pm est), Luna’s own oceanic sign of Nurturing, Home, Motherhood, Milk, Security and shrewd Business Deals.
But a Full Moon is not all that’s going on above our noggins on Dec 17th. Quirky Uranus, America’s totem planet, and instigator of revolutions, riots, protests, disruption, radical politics, idealistic Utopians (especially when Uranus traverses Mars-ruled Aries), anarchy, shocks including electricity, change, and genius ideas, seems to stand its ground and revert to Direct motion @8Ari35 after remaining on that degree for a few days. On December 17th, this creates a cosmic emphasis on 8 Aries and 9 Aries in the Sabian Symbols (or whatever symbolic system of word pictures you prefer for the 360 degrees of the Zodiac–I pretty much stick with the Sabian Symbols of Jones and Rudhyar, though I do refer to Adriano Carelli’s degrees quite often.)
And of course, the Full Moon (fulfillment; culmination) highlights 25 and 26 Gemini, the sign of communications, young people, negotiations and agreements, news, trade, and commerce.
One thinks of the anti-sovereign Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a ‘trade deal’ that President Obama wants settled by the end of 2013, or at least those global corporatists he takes marching orders from want it signed, sealed, delivered so global corporations can fully take over the world asap–they’ve been working on the so-called Great Plan for a long time. And for ‘milk’ as mentioned above–the traditional passage of a Farm Bill and (cuts to) Food Stamps? And Congress–how about extending unemployment benefits which will then help purchase milk for children of the unemployed?
So! I’ll not make note here of the symbols for December 17th’s highlighted degrees, or for their Illumination Points (directly opposite each degree mentioned above), or for the symbols of the degrees that square or trine them for I know you are perfectly capable of doing that for yourself. But I will add that the December 17th Direct Station of outer planet Uranus sextiles (60 degrees) America’s *natal Uranus (8Gem55) which denotes a period of time when we have opportunities for beneficial changes which is especially relevant generationally and spotlights those with natal Uranus in Gemini (individuals born between appr 1941 and 1949) which suggests changes to programs within our once-strong Social Safety Net.
Yet whether one considers such changes to be beneficial or not seems to rely primarily on one’s political point of view, the shares within one’s portfolio that my be affected, and, if a politician, another consideration are the special interest groups and lobbyists that fund political campaigns and organizations that dole out political brownie points for the ‘right’ congressional votes.

thus far, and, many astrologers say, describe the physical plane of existence
where real-world events may occur and plans may become reality.
The combo of Moon-Saturn relates to ambition, strategy, and direction but
may also indicate emotional depression, feelings of inferiority, deprivation,
and restraint.
